1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
dash ground black pepper
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup oil
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
4 zucchini (1 lb.), thinly sliced
1/2 lb. skin-on salmon fillet s, poached, flaked
4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
