What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups potato chips, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Brush chicken with mustard; coat in combined crushed chips and parsley.
Place on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of potato chips, such as sour cream and chive, barbecue or ranch.
