1 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
3 cups water
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
3 cups gemelli pasta, uncooked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in 1 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
