Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat eggs and milk in large bowl until blended; stir in stuffing, broccoli, 3/4 cups cheese, zest, pepper and nutmeg.
Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 min. or knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with remaining cheese.
Add 1/2 cup chopped red peppers and/or 1/2 tsp. lemon zest to egg mixture before baking as directed.
