This country-style potato salad is made with hard-cooked eggs and crumbled bits of crisp-cooked bacon and then tossed with a creamy, tangy dressing.

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/2 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 lb. red potato es (about 5), cooked, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 hard-cooked egg s, chopped
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
