It's hard to believe you can make this Macaroni and VELVEETA with Smoked Sausage for six in just 20 minutes. (Hard to believe—but true!)
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion s
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper s
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup milk
1/4 ground red pepper (cayenne)

Let's Make It
Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt and adding sausage, onions and bell peppers to the boiling water for the last 5 min.; drain. Return to pan.
Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Serve with fresh vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Prepare using andouille sausage.
Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before serving.
