Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1-1/4 cups water
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.

Add water, soy sauce, sugar and vegetables; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork; sprinkle with nuts.
