Take advantage of the in-season bounty with this asparagus quiche with bacon and Swiss cheese. This Bacon, Swiss & Asparagus Quiche is a brunch classic.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
4 egg s, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
3 cooked slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1/4 lb. thin asparagus spears, cut into 4-inch lengths

Heat oven to 350°F.

Roll out pie crust to 10-inch circle on lightly floured surface; press into 9-inch tart pan.

Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle over prepared crust. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; stir in bacon. Pour over cheese in pastry shell; top with asparagus.

Bake 50 min. or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Best of Season
If asparagus spears are thick, partially cook in boiling water 2 to 3 min. to soften slightly before using in quiche.
Special Extra
