1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Let's Make It
Cook cauliflower in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or until cauliflower is very tender; drain.
Process cauliflower and remaining ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth and well blended.
Substitute 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves for the 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme.
Prepare using 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen cauliflower florets.
