2 lb. red new potato es, halved
1 cup chopped red pepper s
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup KRAFT Cheesy Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or until tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Substitute green peppers for the red peppers.
Add 2 green onions, thinly sliced.
