This glorious anytime casserole is made with cubed Italian bread, but it's really the artichokes and pepperoni that give this egg bake its Mediterranean flair.

4 egg s
2 cups milk
3 cups cubed Italian bread loaf
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 red pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped drained marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni

Let's Make It
Best first 3 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently.
Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 325°F. Bake casserole 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Add 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning to the egg mixture before pouring into baking dish.
