1 lb. baking potato es (about 3), quartered
1-1/2 cups baby carrots
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing

Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
