As if glorious skillet-cooked French toast weren't delicious enough, this recipe turns it into a sandwich with a cinnamon-sugar and cream cheese filling.

2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
