If you're a fan of bananas Foster, you'll enjoy this easy take on the classic—made with bananas, vanilla pudding, whipped topping and flour tortillas.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-2/3 cups cold milk, divided
1 egg
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, divided
6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 banana s, sliced
3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Beat pudding mix and 1-1/2 cups milk with whisk 2 min. Refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk remaining milk, egg and sugar in pie plate until blended.

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Dip 1 tortilla in egg mixture; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas and milk mixture.

Add remaining butter and brown sugar to skillet; cook and stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Add bananas; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Spoon about 1/3 cup pudding onto each tortilla; fold in half. Serve topped with banana mixture and COOL WHIP.
