It doesn't take much to put together this delicious home-style beef dish. All you'll need is BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, a bit of beer—and a slow cooker!

Original recipe yields 8 servings
3/4 cup beer
2/3 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
4 onion s, sliced
2 lb. boneless beef chuck or blade roast
2 tsp. cornstarch

Mix beer, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and mustard. Place onions in slow cooker; top with meat and sauce mixture. Cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours). Remove meat and onions from slow cooker, reserving liquid in slow cooker. Cover meat and onions to keep warm. Whisk cornstarch and remaining barbecue sauce in small bowl until blended; whisk into liquid in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on HIGH 10 min. or until thickened.

Drizzle meat and onions lightly with sauce. Serve with remaining sauce.
