This awesome brunch bake isn't just about the cheesy bacon and eggs. It's also about the mushrooms, peppers, ham and—well, you get the picture!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 egg s
2 cups milk
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 cups cubed French bread (3/4 inch)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 cup chopped fresh mushroom s
1 cup chopped red pepper s
4 green onions, chopped
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham

Let's Make It
Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently.
Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 325°F. Bake casserole 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Add 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles to the egg mixture before pouring into baking dish.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheese and/or any other variety of OSCAR MAYER Ham.
