Here's a great go-to hot dip you just know they're going to like: a blend of cheddar, mayo and cream cheese with green onions and crispy bacon.

2 Tbsp. sliced green onions, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
5 cooked slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
6 RITZ Cracker s, crushed
