Between the Thousand Island dressing and the A.1. steak sauce, Dad's Best-Ever Grilled Cheeseburgers are a real steakhouse experience!

2 cloves garlic, minced
6 KRAFT Singles
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing

Heat greased grill to medium heat.

Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.

Spread dressing onto bottom halves of buns; fill with cheeseburgers.

Serve burgers with fresh fruit and a green leafy salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Make Ahead
Meat patties can be shaped ahead of time. Stack in airtight container with squares of plastic wrap or waxed paper between patties. Freeze up to 1 week. Thaw in refrigerator before grilling as directed.
Storing Ground Beef
Store ground beef in the coldest part of the refrigerator for up to 2 days. (The refrigerator temperature should be no higher than 40°F.) For longer storage, wrap the meat tightly in foil or freezer-weight plastic wrap and store in the freezer. When thawing, place the meat on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator to prevent any drippings from cross-contaminating other foods.
