Here's a Florentine twist on classic mac and cheese, glorious with bacon and spinach and extra creamy with sour cream.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Let's Make It
Cook spinach as directed on package.
Meanwhile, prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package.
Drain spinach; stir into prepared Dinner along with remaining ingredients. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
Use 2 Tbsp. margarine and fat-free milk to prepare the Dinner. Also, prepare recipe using BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
