What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 can (15.5 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) vegetable broth
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese in large skillet. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Fluff with fork.
