What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.), cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
2 apples, coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1-1/2 cups water
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Cook and stir meat in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until done.
Add apples, broccoli and onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in dressing; cook 1 min.
