What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 425°F.
Mix seasonings. Place dough on lightly floured surface. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. oil, then sprinkle with half the seasoning mixture; knead dough until evenly blended.
Spray 9-inch round pan with cooking spray. Shape dough into 2-inch balls. Measure 2 Tbsp. of the remaining oil into small bowl. Dip dough, 1 ball at a time, into oil, turning to evenly coat ball with oil; place in prepared pan. Drizzle with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture, then cheese.
Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool slightly.
Add 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley to the seasoning mixture.

Flat-leaf parsley, also known as Italian parsley, is the preferred choice for cooking because of its distinctive flavor. The milder-tasting curly parsley is best used for garnishing. If flat-leaf parsley is not available, curly parsley makes a good substitute.
