No one ever really gets tired of the grilled cheese sandwich, but sometimes it's nice to switch things up a bit! Try it in a tortilla rolled into a cone.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 corn tortilla (6 inch)
1 KRAFT Singles, cut diagonally in half twice
1 carrot, peeled, cut into 2-1/2-inch-long matchlike sticks

Let's Make It
Heat tortilla in skillet on medium heat 30 sec. or just until warmed; turn. Stack 2 Singles pieces 1/2 inch from center of tortilla. Carefully use spatula to fold tortilla over Singles; fold in half again to resemble cone.
Place tortilla cone, seam side down, in skillet; cook 1 min. Turn. Place remaining Singles pieces over open part of tortilla cone; cook 30 sec. or until Singles pieces are melted.
Fill cone with carrot sticks before serving.
Substitute other fresh vegetables, such as sugar snap peas or thin cucumber slices, for the carrots.
Drizzle with salsa or hot pepper sauce before serving.
