Original recipe yields 45 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (16 oz.) cocktail rye bread
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add VELVEETA and seasonings; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
Place bread in single layer on baking sheet; top with meat mixture and mozzarella.
Bake 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
