What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, chilled
3 cups fresh raspberries

Let's Make It
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in milk.
Pour into 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto plate before serving. Top with raspberries.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.
Top each serving with a dollop of thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.
Prepare using a 4-cup mold instead of the 9-inch round pan.
How to Unmold Gelatin
Allow gelatin to sit several hours or overnight until completely firm. Before unmolding, dip knife in warm water and run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Dip pan in warm water, just to rim, for 15 sec. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of pan with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of pan. Invert pan and plate and shake to loosen gelatin. Gently remove pan.
