Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Heat grill to medium heat.
Drizzle chicken with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 10 min.
Cover half the grill grate with heavy-duty foil; top with chicken. Grill 6 min. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese, basil and remaining dressing.
Turn chicken; top with tomato mixture. Grill 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Serve with grilled fresh vegetables and warm whole grain rolls.
