Thick, creamy, and ridiculously easy to make, this corn and ham chowder starts with a packaged pasta and shells dinner.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese
1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
1 cup cubed ham
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Cook Shells in large saucepan as directed on package; drain. Return shells to pan.
Add corn, ham and milk; mix well. Cook 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Cheese Sauce, shredded cheese and parsley; cook and stir 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
Use kitchen shears to easily chop the fresh parsley. Holding a few sprigs in your hand, snip the leafy parsley tops right into the pan.
