Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/4 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, broccoli and pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in 1/4 cup mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
For added zing, season chicken with 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning before cooking with broccoli as directed.
Spaghetti will be easier to handle if you break it in half before cooking.
