10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1 large red pepper, chopped
2 large green onion s, sliced
2 cups thin matchlike carrot sticks
3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Layer spinach, bacon and vegetables in 4-qt. glass serving bowl; cover with mayo, spreading to completely cover top of salad. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
Toss salad just before serving.
