Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. baking potato es (about 3), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
6 egg s
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or just until tender; drain.
Add potatoes to large nonstick ovenproof skillet; stir in ham, tomatoes and onions; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.
Whisk eggs and garlic powder until blended; pour over potato mixture. Cook 5 min.; top with cheese.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until center is set.

Wrap skillet handle with a double layer of foil before placing filled skillet in oven.
