What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Thousand Island Dressing
1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Press half the meat mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with peppers and VELVEETA, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges. Cover with remaining meat mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until done (160°F). Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
Prepare using ground turkey.
Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Follow these safety tips when serving leftover meatloaf. If you opt for cold sandwiches, remove the meatloaf from the refrigerator just before you prepare the sandwiches, then serve them immediately. If you reheat the meatloaf, make sure that it is heated through, with an internal temperature of at least 165°F when tested in center with an instant-read thermometer.
