Folks like crostini appetizers because they're tasty and easy to eat—like these crackers topped with roasted garlic, Parmesan and fresh basil.

1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 green onion, chopped
4 tsp. minced roasted garlic (jarred)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
24 RITZ Crackers
6 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Mix first 5 ingredients; spread onto crackers. Place on baking sheet.

Bake 5 min. or until mayo mixture is lightly browned.

Top with tomatoes.

How to Make Your Own Roasted Garlic
Place 1 whole head garlic in small pan; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Bake at 400ºF for 50 min. to 1 hour or until very tender and lightly browned. Remove from oven; cool slightly. To use, squeeze garlic pulp from cloves; mash with back of spoon before measuring.
