Are you a fan of chicken Dijon? Try this simple herbed version—baked in the oven until tender and very (very) delicious!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves, dried tarragon leaves, parsley flakes and garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cover baking sheet with foil. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings in pie plate.
Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts. Dip, 1 breast at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place on prepared baking sheet; drizzle with butter.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F).
Prepare using panko bread crumbs.
Served with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
