Top 1 bread slice with cheese, tomato, basil and garlic. Drizzle with dressing; cover with remaining bread slice.
Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

Using a sharp knife, cut the cylinder crosswise to form fine shreds. This cut is called chiffonade. Be sure to use a sharp knife - a dull knife will bruise the leaves while cutting.
