Peanut Butter-Chocolate Pizza

Baked in a pizza pan, the peanut butter dough with chopped chocolate is almost as much round brownie as it is pizza. Whatever you call it—it's yummy!

3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg s
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.

Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars with mixer until creamy. Blend in eggs. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in chocolate.

Press dough into 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 17 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Pizza
Prepare, bake and cool pizza as directed. Spoon 1/4 cup grape jelly into small resealable plastic bag; press out excess air and seal bag. Knead bag with hands 30 sec. to warm jelly slightly. Cut small piece (about 1/4 inch) from one of the bottom corners of bag. Use to drizzle jelly over pizza just before serving.
