1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless pork chop s (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-cut green beans
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook, covered, 3 min. on each side or until done (145°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add broth, green beans and soy sauce to skillet; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; top with chops. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min.

Remove skillet from heat; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Top with nuts.

How to Toast Nuts
Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
