This delicious citrus-y chicken salad can be whipped up in no time, and is great in a wrap or just on its own.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cooked, chopped
1/2 cup drained canned corn
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Zest and juice from 1 lime
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2 flour tortilla s (6 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 lettuce leaves

Let's Make It
Mix chicken, corn, cilantro, lime zest and juice, pepper and dressing in medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top tortillas with chicken mixture, cheese and lettuce.
Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
