A freshly prepared pico de gallo made with chopped pineapples makes a terrific topping for these cheesy skillet-cooked ham quesadillas.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion s
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
1 tsp. lime juice
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
4 KRAFT Singles
4 flour tortilla s (7 inch)

Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl.

Layer ham and Singles on half of each tortilla; fold in half to enclose filling. Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.

Cut into triangles to serve. Top with pineapple mixture.

Use Your Microwave
Assemble quesadillas as directed. Place on microwaveable plate, cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 25 to 40 sec. or until Singles begins to melt.

These quesadillas make great appetizers. Assemble and cook as directed. Cut each into 4 wedges. Makes 16 servings, 1 wedge each.
