Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
2 green onion s, sliced
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Bring broth, turkey, broccoli and peppers to boil in large skillet; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
Stir in rice, onions and VELVEETA. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted. Stir until blended.
Prepare using chopped cooked chicken.
