1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cut into strips
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
