1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 banana s, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar and cinnamon; stir until blended.

Add bananas; cook 4 min., carefully turning over after 2 min.

Place 4 banana pieces in each of 6 dessert dishes; top each with about 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP.
