Marinated beef sirloin steak is grilled to perfection and then sliced to top this green salad with mushrooms, green onions and Parmesan cheese.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
2/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn salad greens
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, chopped
1 whole wheat hamburger bun, toasted, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Pour 1/3 cup dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min. Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Toss salad greens with mushrooms, onions and bread cubes in large bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly. Top with meat and cheese.
Add 2 Tbsp. of your favorite chopped fresh herbs to the salad.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.
