Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. tub.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Thick Cut Bacon, crumbled
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1 egg, beaten
12 RITZ Cracker s, finely crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness; place, smooth sides down, on work surface. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto chicken breasts.
Roll up, starting at one short end of each. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with egg; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Cover and refrigerate assembled chicken bundles for up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed, increasing bake time to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
How to Pound Meat
To pound chicken breasts, veal cutlets or tenderize beef, place meat in a freezer-weight resealable plastic bag, then pound the meat with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until meat is the desired thickness. The bag will contain the liquids from the meat, minimizing the mess.
