All-American coleslaw gets a tropical twist in this recipe—made with thin mango strips and chopped cashews.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 mango, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces, chopped

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix dressing, lemon juice and honey until blended. Add to cabbage mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Prepare using napa cabbage.
Substitute 1 pkg. (16 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the shredded cabbage.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves to mayo mixture before tossing with the cabbage mixture.
