What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeño slices with 1/4 cup pickling juice, divided
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
4 cups shredded cabbage
1-1/2 cups sliced radishes
2 green onions, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) refried black beans
8 telera s, split
8 KRAFT Singles

Let's Make It
Whisk mayo and pickling juice until blended.
Combine chicken, cabbage, radishes, onions and chopped jalapeños in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
Spread beans onto bottom halves of teleras. Fill teleras with Singles and chicken mixture.
Serve with mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
Wrap tortas individually in foil, then pack in a cooler to take to your picnic.
Substitute bolillos for the teleras.
