Made with mayo, lime juice and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, these ground turkey patties are poised to become your new favorite cheeseburgers!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, divided
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1-1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
2 green onions, sliced
2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
6 KRAFT Singles
6 sesame seed hamburger bun s
6 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Mix mayo and lime juice. Reserve 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture for later use; mix remaining with turkey, bread crumbs, onions and peppers just until blended. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Spread reserved mayo mixture onto bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, lettuce and tomatoes. Cover with tops of buns.
Serve this spicy burger with a side of black beans or a crisp mixed green salad to balance out the meal.
For more heat, add more chipotle peppers.
