1 lb. lean ground beef
6 saltine crackers, finely crushed (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1 egg
4 hamburger bun s, toasted
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
2 Tbsp. sliced drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh spinach

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160°F).

Fill buns with burgers and remaining ingredients.
