1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1-1/2 cups milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots

Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and ham; cook 6 to 7 min. or until liquid is cooked off. Stir in milk; bring to boil. Add cream cheese and frozen vegetables; stir. Cook 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to evenly coat spaghetti.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
