Warm, gooey cajeta (goat milk caramel) makes this sweet grilled marshmallow and banana treat even sweeter. Bonus: Foil-packet prep makes for easy cleanup.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 banana s, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
8 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
1/2 cup cajeta (goat milk caramel)
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Arrange banana slices in single layer in centers of 8 sheets of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top each with 1 cookie, 1 Tbsp. cajeta and 1/4 cup marshmallows.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Grill 4 to 5 min. or until marshmallows are slightly melted. Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
Top each opened packet with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
How to Easily Measure Caramel
When measuring the caramel, first spray the inside of the measuring spoon with cooking spray. The caramel will then easily drop out of the spoon onto the cookie.
Substitute chocolate sauce for the cajeta.
