Need to serve a crowd but crunched for time? Put a pork roast in the slow cooker in the morning with herbs, spices and tangy BBQ sauce. Problem solved!

1 boneless pork roast (3 lb.)
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Sprinkle meat with seasonings; place in slow cooker. Add bay leaf and water; cover with lid.

Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).

Remove meat and bay leaf from slow cooker; discard bay leaf. Shred meat with fork. Return meat to slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce; stir gently to evenly coat meat with sauce. Cook 15 min. or until heated through.
